Four Amazing Showcases You MUST See
Developers and builders all around ROBLOX were once held in the highest regard, and their artwork perceived as masterpieces. With an increasingly invasive wave of new games that have little detail and/or are flooded with free models, it becomes harder to sift through the dirt and find the diamond in the rough.
Throughout my years on ROBLOX, I have discovered many showcase masterpieces that define the very spirit of art itself. Among the many games which I have discovered, there are a few that stand out from the rest. These games in no way encompass all instances where I have been utterly astounded by a scene, and they certainly do not constitute the “best” or the majority of amazing showcases throughout the world of ROBLOX. I strongly urge you to find more masterpieces yourself, and to see where they take you. But for now, it is my pleasure to introduce to you, four amazing showcases you MUST see.
Solitude by pspjohn1 and chendrew
This is (as pspjohn1 puts it) a “beacon of human power in the middle of nature.” In ROBLOX terms, we’ll call it a “beacon of majestic building in the middle of unimpressive terrain.” Created in a style reminiscent of the days of the Roman Empire and the classical Mediterranean, this sight was built to impress. Although having a slightly unfinished quality due to the exterior of the dome being a bald, white hemisphere, the interior of this temple is inexplicably detailed, with thousands of minute bricks forming an incredibly astounding rotunda. The image that this scenery portrays is one of great glory and cold imperialism, yet does not fall one step short of pure magnificence in every form. Sad that we could not take images from every single angle and obsess over each minor detail, we have confined ourselves to including just the following pictures.

Airship Station by OriginatedSystemized
With a long track record for creating steampunk and otherworldly-themed masterpieces, it’s not surprising that OriginatedSystemized blows our minds (yet again) with a beautiful post-apocalyptic themed steampunk airship station. A large metal creature levitates slowly above the ground, with a Da Vinci-esque design and classic steampunk engines keeping it afloat. The aged remnants of a once grand train station form the fortress of this peculiar flying machine, dotted with small novelty stores, abandoned cafes, and an overgrown library. To cap it all off, a beautifully arching network of glass and steel beams crisscross over the station, forming a robust and elegant ceiling to cover this hidden masterpiece. The scenery bursts with exquisite details, from rusted panels on console tops to serene trees spreading across the station. Airship Station beautifully contrasts the grandeur of the antiquity and the strength of the future, and is truly an astounding sight to behold.

Redsand Marina by AgentTech
Redsand Marina is not the most detailed of places, nor is it the most glorious. What put it on this list for me though, was the beautifully humble feeling generated by the landscape. Small crates of lobsters, propane tanks, coils of fishing rope, and stray bottles litter the docks of a coastal fishing port. The combination of improved ROBLOX water, wildlife ambiance, overgrown plants, and casual concrete structures form a beautiful clash of man-made buildings and the sands of mother nature. Masterfully crafted palm trees, carefully crafted rocks, and beautiful wave sounds combine themselves to create an inexplicable euphoria for the open seas, even though we are only experiencing this scene through a computer screen. Despite this place being small, and still looking unfinished, you will not regret visiting the Redsand Marina.

Walkway by iSubzeroalpha
Explore the technologically astounding Nobilis District in the year 2035, “built on imagination” – as iSubzeroalpha puts it. Walkway is an intensely beautiful commercial district in a large futuristic city, clustered with wi-fi hubs, holographic signs, levitating cars, and all the hallmarks of a sci-fi utopia. Amidst the great metropolis and enclosed by towering skyscrapers are various shops, restaurants, diners, a cinema, and public rest areas – all constructed with a futuristic vibe as ever-present as the city ambiance that surrounds them. Walkway is filled with interesting sights and sounds, all ready for exploration at the click of a button. What’s holding you back?

The purpose of this article was not to summarize the most outstanding creations ever to exist on ROBLOX. That’s why more well-known favorites, such as the EBR Office, Stratosphere Settlement, and Constraint weren’t included in our list. Hopefully, you’ve discovered some new showcases you haven’t seen before, or you’ve revisited old time treasures. Either way, be sure to hit the thumbs up button for the games from this list that you enjoyed (and maybe click that favorite button too while you’re at it).
Were there any showcases that you were sad about for not making the list? Did you think our reviews did these games justice? Any suggestions for future showcase reviews? Post your questions and comments below, and we’ll see you on the next review!
